A friend and I hoped to enjoy a glass of wine and perhaps a small plate last Sunday night around 6pm. The person serving who is apparently the owner was weirdly hostile. It was the most... extraordinary and confusing encounter I have ever experienced by anyone in a customer service role. We did not even take a seat. I could not recommend this venue. A very hospitable bar. Sitting curbside is the place to be. Service is friendly and accommodating - it's vibe is like a country pub used to be.

Great place for a cleansing ale. Limited range of beers on tap, but exceptional lunch menu for a relatively small venue.
